Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THROUGH THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND REFUNDING POLICIES IN FULL.
BY PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ME, YOU AGREE WITH MY TERMS OF SERVICE.

GENERAL INFORMATION⬥ I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission.
⬥ Completion of the commission/s may take up to 3 months, depending of the complexity and my free time.
⬥ Client will be notified of updates through private message if anything delays my work. These are (and not limited to): life problems, health problems, equipment failure, etc.
⬥ Please feel free to contact me if there are comments, questions, or concerns.
⬥If the commission is to be for commercial use (merch, character design, conceptual art, etc.), please contact me and we can discuss an arrangement. It will include additional 120% fee of the base price.
ㅤPAYMENT⬥ Payment will be done in EUR through PayPal invoices. Client’s e-mail is required.
⬥ Payment must be done upfront. If the commission is above 100€ then client will be required to pay 50% up front and on completion of the final sketch the other 50%.
⬥ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the money.
⬥ Payment sent without an invoice will be considered as a non-refundable tip.
ㅤPROCESS⬥ After the payment is done, the format and ideas are discussed, and all the references are provided, I will make a sketch and ask for revision. There are unlimited revisions during the sketch phase.
⬥ No free revisions after the sketch phase, unless they are very minor.
⬥ Any major changes asked after the sketch phase may include additional fees.
⬥Each step of the commission will be shown to the Client with the watermark (lineart, coloring, etc.)
⬥Finished artwork will be send as a .PNG file and proper resolution if it’s needed for printing. Requesting .psd/.clip files will include additional fees.
ㅤOWNERSHIP, USAGE AND COPYRIGHTYOU CAN⬥Upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media as long as I am credited (tagging me is always appreciated).
⬥Use the artwork on your Twitch or other streaming services for personal and non-commercial use.
⬥Print a commission made for you under the condition of being only for personal use (to be framed, as a print or sticker).
⬥Crop or add filters or effects to the commissionYOU CANNOT⬥Claim it as your own work, remove my signature/watermark, sell it.
⬥Make profits from the commissioned piece if it was made for personal use (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints for sale, etc.)
⬥Mint/sell the commissions as an NFT
⬥Use it to train AI models.
⬥Extremely alter the commission without my permission.
ㅤAS AN ARTIST⬥I have full rights over my artwork.
⬥I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online on social media and in my portfolio. If the Client wishes to stay anonymous, they are required to inform me in advance.
⬥I may upload images showcasing the work in progress of the commission on social media and in my portfolio. If the Client wishes to stay anonymous, they are required to inform me in advance.
ㅤCANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY⬥The client will get a full refund if the order has been canceled before I started the commission.
⬥If for any reason I am unable to start the commission the Client will receive a full refund.
⬥If the commission has already been started and in the sketching stage, the client can get a 50% refund.
⬥If the commission is in any other stage, the Client is cannot receive a refund at all.
⬥If you want to stop the commission and ask for a refund, contact me first before trying to file any chargebacks. I will offer a manual refund instead.
